It all began as a small entity which ventured into building projects by developing individual houses, gated community, and residential colonies. Mr. V. Sivarajan

Founder

Mr. V. Sivarajan is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Shiva Shree Builders. He founded SSB in 1995. SSB is a renowned name in the construction field due to his astounding work ethic and immense dedication.

He was the Chairman of Builders Association of India, Coimbatore centre in the year 2019-20. He is recognized among the building fraternity for his dedication and quality principles. Fond of social service, he began his journey with the International Lions Organization in the year 2000. He has served as a global team leader for 3 consecutive years, Cabinet secretary for the year 2015-16 and has also received several national and international awards including the Outstanding Service Award and the International Presidential Award. As a part of the Builders Association of India, he recently participated in all the MC/GC Council Meetings held in 7 countries across the world. He was the Director for BuildMat 2015, an International Trade Fair. He has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of BAI Coimbatore Centre, for the year 2019-20. He is also a member of the Plumbing Association of India and a Life Member in ISKON.

He attends and conducts seminars & workshops for the civil engineering students at colleges in and around Coimbatore, while delivering guest lectures at colleges regarding the approval process, LPA, DTCP, Corporation, RERA and much more.

Mrs. Meena Sivarajan

Partner

Mrs. Meena Sivarajan, partner of Shiva Shree Builders is an M.Com and MBA degree holder. She is the pillar of strength for the company. Highly experienced in administration and finance, she has been brilliantly managing the company since its inception. Her confidence and dedication, aptly added with humor have abundantly helped in marketing and sales.

Apart from being a businesswoman, she has involved herself in the social body, International Lions Organization. She has held numerous posts in her career and has received several National and International awards including 100% par excellence award, Leadership award, and the International Presidential medal. She has also served as Cabinet Executive Secretary in the year 2015- 2016. She is an excellent motivational Speaker and has delivered valuable speeches across various schools and colleges.
